Evolution of the Rivi

Been painting the Rivi lately- well, Jake Doomey's been doing the painting
but I've been there for moral support. Here's the progress over the last few weeks.

Painted black as a sealer then back to Peto-Bismal for the base coat.
Extra pearl white for the roof and side panels.

Then added the hood, deck lid and more side panels.

Laying down lace. Not as easy as it looks but we had lots of fun experimenting with it.

Semi finished lace and tape faded panels.
Then came the pearl magenta. We're going to be lacing the rest of the panels in the coming week,
putting the chrome reverses on and all the rest of the chrome.
